  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to carefully verify product measurements, colors, materials, and descriptions before confirming the purchase.

1. Purpose

These policies govern the conditions applicable to purchases made at Zoe's JC Furniture, regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, and claims for damaged or defective products.

2. Final Sales


2.1. All sales at Zoe's JC Furniture are considered final and non-refundable.
2.2. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted under any circumstances, except as expressly stated in Section 4.

3. Customer Responsibility


3.1. It is the customer’s obligation to verify product dimensions, materials, colors, technical specifications, and all other characteristics prior to completing the purchase.
3.2. The company shall not be held liable for errors in product selection, incorrect measurements, or incompatibility with the customer’s space.

4. Damaged or Defective Products.


4.1. If a product is delivered damaged or with a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify us in writing at info@zoesjc.com within 24 hours of delivery.
4.2. The notification must include clear photographs and sufficient evidence of the damage or defect.
4.3. The company reserves the right to inspect the product and determine, at its sole discretion, whether a repair, partial replacement, or any other corrective action is applicable.

5. Exclusion of Warranties


5.1. Except as provided in Section 4, Zoe's JC Furniture does not grant additional warranties and does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery has been completed.

6. Acceptance of Policies


By completing a purchase at Zoe's JC Furniture, the customer expressly, fully, and unconditionally accepts these policies.
